General

Grumpy Paladin Studios is located in Illinois, USA but we do not have a physical storefront.

Products

A "seconds" pin is a noticeably flawed  or "B grade" pin that is sold at a discount. These are all still functional and wearable pins, but do not meet our high standards for a full priced "standard quality" product. Seconds pins are perfect for people that wear their pins and want to save a little money. 

Flaws can include: 
-Obvious scratches or marring.
-Multiple surface bubbles or dents in enamel.
-Low or overfilled enamel.
-Areas of no fill or incorrect fill.
-Dust or lint embedded in enamel.
-Discolored or slightly tarnished plating.
-Large areas with incomplete plating.
-Uneven glitter or glow.

Please note that seconds pins do not come on the original backing cards.
You cannot request to view the imperfections on seconds quality pins prior to purchase.
All sales are final with seconds quality.

Our enamel pin products are not safe for children under the age of 8. Enamel pins are small, sharp, and can become a choking hazard for unsupervised children. Please take caution.

Pre-orders generally take 4-6 weeks to produce. Any orders which contain a "preorder" item will only ship once the preorder item has arrived at our facility. Expected arrival dates for preorder items are listed on their respective product pages, however delays in production do sometimes occur. Any delays in preorder processing will be announced on social media.

If you would like your non-preorder items shipped to you separately, you'll need to make two separate orders  otherwise your order will ship only once all items have become available.

We do offer design services on a case by case basis. Please contact info@grumpypaladin.com to see if we have any availability for design services.

Payment

We accept all major Credit Cards & Paypal.

Currency can be displayed in your choice of US Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Euro (EUR), British Pound Sterling (GBP) and Australian Dollar (AUD) according to the current exchange rate. Please note that while currency can be displayed in several forms, all transactions will be carried out in USD.

Payment is due immediately upon checkout for both in-stock and preorder items. 

Preorder payments fund the production and manufacturing costs for the creation of these "preorder" items. Even though there is a 4-6 week wait time for campaign items, pre-ordering is the best way to secure your item as there is no guarantee that additional stock will be available following the preorder period.

Shipping

All orders ship from Illinois, USA.

In-Stock Items: All in-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days.

Pre-order Items: Pre-orders will ship as soon as they are received from the factory and are inspected for quality. This generally takes take 3-5 weeks after a campaign closes but but extended delays are possible in the case of production issues. 

If you place an order that contains both pre-order and stock items, these items will ship together when the pre-order arrives to Grumpy Paladin. If you would like to receive in-stock items immediately, please order them separately. We cannot process partial orders.

By ordering pre-order items from Grumpy Paladin Studios, you agree to these wait times.

Yes! We happily ship orders worldwide.

All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once shipped, domestic orders generally take about 2-5 business days to arrive and can be tracked via USPS.com or the link recieved in your shipping confirmation.

Once shipped, international orders generally take 7-30 business days to arrive. While all international orders come with a tracking number, the consistency of tracking updates after it departs the USA is entirely dependent on your country's postal system. If it does not update regularly, this does not automatically mean that it is lost or stuck. After shipment, orders can be tracked via USPS, but please be sure to check your national postal service's website for additional tracking updates once it has arrived within your country.

Economy International: If you have chosen 'economy' International shipping, please be aware that in order to keep the cost as low as possible, we have partnered with a third party shipping company which consolidates international packages prior to departure from the United States. These packages will first be shipped to the sorting station where they will be re-labeled for final transport. This extra step in delivery increase transit time and can also result in delayed tracking for up to a week.

Tax and duty fees may be applied to international orders by your local government, depending on your location and the value of your order. We aim to declare the items within each parcel as accurately as possible, as failing to do so is unlawful.  

The customer is responsible for all import fees, so please be aware of your country's import guidelines before placing an order.

Please send photos of the damaged item (including the state of the packaging) and your order number to us via the contact form and we'll resolve this quickly! 

Please note that we will not replace any damaged items after 14 days from the ship date of USA orders, or after 30 days from the ship date of international orders.

If your order has not shipped yet: please email me asap with your order number and the corrected shipping address.

If your order has already shipped: I will be happy to resend the order if USPS returns the original package back to me in original, unopened condition. (You will however be charged again for the shipping cost of the replacement shipment.) If the parcel is not returned to me, there is nothing I can do and no refund will be made for your mistake.

Please double check your shipping address before submitting an order!

We do accept cancellations if we receive the request within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Additionally, pre-orders cannot be cancelled outside of the initial 24 hour window, regardless of the longer wait time.

We happily accept returns but return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we can only refund you for the original price of the item (sans shipping charges). To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. Do not send back items without giving us notice first or your return will be rejected. 

All item(s) must be shipped back with tracking within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for return. Parcels returned without tracking that do not arrive back to us, are forfeit and we are not responsible to compensate you for this loss.

Items must be new, unused and received back in the condition they were sent. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value that will be deducted from your return.


Sale items, Stickers and "Seconds" Quality Enamel Pins are not eligible for return.
