Return Policy

Our return policy covers 30 days from the moment an order is shipped. If you would like to initiate a return please contact with your name, order number, the item you would like to return, and the nature of the problem. If the return is due to damage during shipment or error in the item, please include photos of the item damage and condition of the packaging. Do not ship an item back to us without an official return slip.



To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- You must ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in the original condition (unless damaged during shipment).
- The item must be in the original packaging (unless damaged during shipment).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and/or refunded. These sales are final.

This includes:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable Products
- "Seconds" Quality Enamel Pins
- "Final Sale" Products


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days. Grumpy Paladin Studios reserves the right to reject refund requests if there is insufficient cause to refund a purchase.  


2. Conditions of Refunds

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our own error. Please include your return slip in the returned package. Please note that we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not include a tracking number. If an item is not received by our facility, we cannot supply a refund.

Any item recieved not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our own error is only eligible for partial refund.


3. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days or notification of refund approval, contact your credit card company or payment processor. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and processing times can vary.

4. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and "seconds" pins are not eligible for refunds.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error or mishandling by the shipping service. 


6. Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift by different individual and shipped directly to you, please notify the gift-giver to arrange for a return. Refunds can only be given to the purchasing account.


7. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the refund/return is due to our own error. Shipping costs are always non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If an item is not received by our facility, we cannot supply a refund.
